DotEmu specializes in refreshing and bringing back great, old classic games. We identify classics, reprogram them, add new features, improve graphics and sound and offer them to you to play on modern PCs, Macs and iPhones, or on-line. You will find classic games you loved, but could not play on your current computer or phone. Maybe you will find classic games you never even heard of! Whether you are replaying a classic or playing it for the very first time, you will love these terrific old games and will discover or rediscover whey they became truly classic!

Creating a user account is absolutely necessary so you can re-download at any time the games you have already purchased from us. You will find your games listed in the “My Games” area. Your user account also allows you to download new sound tracks, hint books, interviews from the game developers, etc.

Just check the top left of the web page. If you are logged you will see your e-mail name and a link to log out. You can also log out in the My Account section in the menu.

Ouch. Please don't! If you cancel your account you will not be able to re-download your games. If you are unhappy with a game or have other problems, please write us, but don't close your account. We are anxious to solve any problems and to please you, but cannot if you close your account. Go to “Contact Us” and then select “Website & user accounts issues.” Fill in the form with your account details, and explain the problem to us. We will fix it! We care a lot about your satisfaction.

If you receive a payment processing error message, don’t worry. We will fix it. Please contact our support team by selecting the “Orders, payments & downloading games issue” subject on our website and giving us the details. We will make the corrections needed.

Prices are based on several factors, including licensing fees and the amount of software labor we need to invest in reprogramming, adapting and improving the games. We work hard to keep costs down and charge only modest prices. Check out our games and we are convinced you will be delighted at the bargains you will find in our classic, high-quality and entertaining games.

Same everywhere! You can purchase our games from your igloo at the North Pole or from your beach towel on the beach at Hawaii. The price will be the same. We have no control over international bank or credit card transaction fees, but these fees are usually small.

Once you have a user account, you’ll get special offers via e-mail for new games, new prices, new bargains, coupon codes and other bonuses and goodies. When you are registered and have a user account, you’ll be happy to get nice e-mails telling you that you can get x% discount on the game of your choice or a special game thanks to some numbers. We bet you will like it!

Once you’ve got these numbers (the coupon code), you just need to enter them in the dedicated place on the “Check In” page. In case you’ve encounter some problems about it, please contact us by selecting “Orders, payments & downloading games” as subject.

Easy! Choose a game or use our "Search" utility. After you have found a game, click on “Buy.” If you aren’t logged in yet, or do not yet have a user account, do it now. You will then be able to access your new account and get to the “Check In” page. You can enter your account details and as soon as your credit card or PayPal payment is sent to us, you will automatically receive a link via e-mail to your e-mail address. Click the link and download the games. Install them and enjoy them!

When you go to make your purchase, we will automatically redirect you to a link to the App Store for our iPhone games. Then, click on “Available at the iPhone App Store” to go there. A new window will open on the App Store page. Choose the game you want, close the window and you’ll be back to DotEmu.com where you can pay, download and finish your purchase.

We really care about your security and do everything possible to ensure it. Your whole transaction takes place using secure sockets layer (SSL) encryption, which is hacker-proof and positively secure. Also, our servers do not store your credit card data, so no hacker can come along later to find it. Our security technology is at a high industry standard so that your transactions will take place in safety.

The yellow “Download” button means that games can be downloaded upon successful payment. The green “Download” button is even better! It means that you can will get amazing oldies and goodies free!

This is where your account is important. To re-download your game, just log in and enter your account details. You will find a list of all the games you’ve purchased from us and you can re-download them whenever you want.

The game you downloaded is saved to the default download directory set in the web browser you use, for example, Windows Internet Explorer(tm), Firefox(tm), Apple Safari(tm) and so on. You can check the settings of your browser to find out where it sends downloads. Or, you can use your Mac "Finder" or windows "Search" utility to search for the filename on your computer. When a game is offered with bonuses, information will appear in the game description. Those bonuses will automatically pop up in the game launcher when you installed.

If have followed the instructions to to download and install your game and it still will not start or play correctly, please contact us by selecting “Technical issues" on our website. Don't panic! We will take care of the problem.

If you are running Windows Vista(tm) or Windows 7(tm) try to launch the game as Administrator. If you still have troubles, click on “Technical issues” at our website and give us as much information as possible about what you have tried and what you are seeing. We will get you the right answer.

Easy. Log in to our website, then go to “My Account.” There, you will find a list of all the games you’ve already purchased. Then, click on “Download my Games” and select your game for a re-download.

Just go to the “Online Game” section and click on a game. If nothing happens, make sure you have Adobe Flash 10 installed. To install or update Adobe Flash 10, go to the Adobe website at http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/.
