Hello retrogamers !

If you are reading this forum, it's because you like video games and retrogaming. But what was your first console ?

Kick! Punch! It's all in the mind. If you wanna test me, I'm sure you'll find.

My first console ever was the NES, I just spent so much time playing with it day and night (almost when my parents were sleeping Tongue)

Do not try and bend the spoon. That's impossible. Instead... only try to realize the truth.

My first console was the Sega Master System, legacy of one of my aunts. (I'll never thank her enough for these hours of fun)

My first console was an Atari 2600 but I was so young I don't really have many memories of playing it. The first one I really remember playing a lot was my C64.

I had many.

My first gaming computer was the MSX.. Then I had Atari Video Game System. The NES 8-Bit Console. Commodore 64. Amiga 500. Amiga 1200. Nintendo 64. Playstation One. My favourite gaming was on the NES, the C64 and the Amiga. I also had a 386 PC. I remember everything had to be run from DOS Laughing out loud

I enjoyed the Sierra adventure games on the PC. I am also a big fan of the first Zelda on the NES. That one was amazing. Zelda 2 was also good, but Zelda 1 was the best!!

On Amiga I really liked Turrican 2!! That was awesome. And Lemmings by Psygnosis.

On the MSX my favourite was Hyper Sports by Konami. I also played that one at the arcade (I am over 30 years old now but I still rememeber it hehe)

On the C64, my favourite was The Last Ninja 1 and The Last Ninja 2.. !!

Awesome days.. Thanks for letting me share a little of my retro-gaming-life with you all Smile

Have fun everyone Smile !!

My first console was the Atari VCS. My favorite games were Adventure, Berzerk, & Defender. It boggles the mind at what this machine could do with just 128 BYTES of RAM.

Sadly, over the years I've disposed of most of my gaming hardware. But over the Thanksgiving holiday my father came up from the basement and gave me an old box. What's this dusty piece of junk? It was our original six switch Atari VCS! I had not seen it in over 15 years.

I don't even have a tv anymore. lol.

My first console was Game Gear with Columns.

My first purchased game was Asterix and The Great Rescue, much better as the Master System version I hear, because I enjoyed it a lot Smile

What if I never had a console?

I only ever played computer games. I mean I played console games too, but what we had was a computer, so it's what I played games on.

Maybe Windows 95 would be my answer then! I wasn't around in DOS days, I started with Windows 95. Lords of the Realm 2, Daggerfall, Battleship, Heroes of Might and Magic 2, Madden 96! That's how it was for me.
