Hi there,

Here is the official thread about The 7th Guest & The 11th Hour.

Awarded several times “best CD game of the year”, The 7th Guest™ dips you into a terrifying adventure that takes place in the haunted mansion of the famous Henry Stauf! Its sequel, The 11th Hour™, extends the experience and gives you even more puzzles and challenges. A frightening scenario, an immersive environment, mind-bending puzzles, The 7th Guest™ and The 11th Hour™ are highly regarded as adventure horror classic games.

In collaboration with Trilobyte Games, thoses 2 games are now available on DotEmu.com, for the first time in digital edition 100% compatible with modern PCs ! What do you think about that ? Smile

Bought 7th Guest and looking forward to playing, but don't know how

to exit the game.  When I did alt, ctr, del to Task Manager, my cursor

froze and I had to force Shut down.  Any help in how to exit game

would be appreciated.

Thanks.

Is the audio lossy?  GOG.com is good, but it usually compresses the audio to a lossy format and lossy compression really bugs me.  I was asking because I was hoping it could be found in digital form without lossy audio.

I have both these games for years and play them in DosBox now. It goes fairly well, but I just wanted to know if this "100% compatible with modern PC's" is the same as "Played from within DosBox"? In that case, the games are not really compatible with modern PC's. You still need an emulator (DosBox) to play them. This wouldn't be an added value for me. So I just wanted to be sure before I buy: the games are REALLY Windows 7 compatible without the use of DosBox, ScummVM or another emulator?

Hi,

The 7th Guest & The 11th Hour are using DosBox & ScummVM.
